Step 2: Get Accepted

We review your application and confirm alignment. If accepted, you’re offered a spot in the program.

Step 3: Choose Payment Option

Pay in full upfront to lock in the listed digital program price — or reserve your spot with a $500 booking fee and pay the remaining program balance on arrival (20% higher than the listed price).

Step 4: Arrive in Bali

Airport pickup, house tour, and onboarding. You’ll settle in and meet the team.

What am I paying for?

You are paying for access to the ResetBase digital program — a structured transformation system that coordinates every part of the experience. The program provides precise guidance to all participants and service providers, ensuring meals, accommodation, and training are delivered exactly as designed. While third-party professionals facilitate the services, everything runs according to the digital structure — not manual oversight. There are no extra fees — the full experience is included and synchronized through the program.

Can I work remotely while staying there?

Yes — the house has fast Wi-Fi, quiet workspaces, and a schedule that allows for focused work time.

What kind of food is served?

Balanced Western-style meals: portioned, protein-based, no processed snacks, no takeout.

Is this a religious or spiritual retreat?

No — ResetBase is strictly structured and health-focused. No exemptions from the core routine.

Can I leave early if I don’t like it?

No — the first 3 months are required. This is part of building new patterns and habits.

How are you able to make prices so low?

We optimize every part of the process: shared rooms, lean logistics, minimal upfront commitments, and lower costs in non-EU regions — all coordinated through trusted third parties. We also take a very small margin — our priority is long-term transformation, not short-term profit.

How does the bootcamp get started?

We collect applications, group people with similar goals and mindset, and coordinate housing arrangements only once the group is confirmed. A prepayment secures your spot and makes the launch possible.

What is your refund policy?

We refund the unused portion of your digital program fee, minus actual coordination costs. Since accommodations are arranged through third parties on a long-term basis, refunds may be limited if multiple participants leave early.

What if I struggle or feel uncomfortable during the program?

That’s part of the process. Real change is uncomfortable. While we make everything supportive and structured, it won’t always feel easy. But if you stick with it, weight loss and transformation are guaranteed.

When will I see pictures of the house?

Once the property is confirmed by our local partners, we’ll share real photos and full details with all participants. We don’t pre-book accommodations ourselves — this keeps the pricing flexible and optimized.

Do you help with airport pickup and orientation?

Yes — airport pickup and orientation are arranged through local partners. You’ll be welcomed, shown the house, and guided through the routine with full support from Day 1.
