Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initials have specific meanings under these Terms. These meanings apply equally whether the terms appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
  • Country refers to: Ukraine
  • Company (referred to as “ResetBase”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to the ResetBase program and its operators.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
  • Service refers to the Website and the ResetBase program services.
  • Terms and Conditions (or simply “Terms”) mean these terms that form the entire agreement between You and the Company.
  • Third-party Social Media Service refers to external services that may be linked or embedded in our Website.
  • Website refers to ResetBase, accessible at https://resetbase.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the entity on whose behalf the individual is accessing or using it.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern Your use of the Service and form a binding agreement between You and ResetBase.

By using our Service, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old and agree to abide by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not use the Service.

Use of the Service also implies agreement with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store Your data.

By purchasing a ResetBase program, You are paying solely for a digital coordination service. This includes administrative management, group formation, daily structure, communication, and access to program resources.

ResetBase does not sell or lease physical services such as accommodation, food, or coaching. These are offered at no extra cost by local third parties who are independently responsible for their own services. ResetBase simply facilitates connections between You and those third-party providers.

Your payment does not entitle You to ownership or rental rights for any property, nor employment of trainers or chefs. You are granted participation in a program that includes access to services provided through partnered arrangements. ResetBase does not operate the physical locations or employ service providers directly.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund only for the digital services that have not been used. Refunds will be issued on a proportional basis, depending on how much of the program has been completed. Refunds do not cover accommodation, food, coaching, or any other physical experience offered through local partners, since ResetBase does not charge for those directly.

Our Website may link to third-party sites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services. You are advised to review their Terms and Privacy Policies separately.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Service without prior notice if You breach these Terms or engage in any behavior we deem harmful, illegal, or disruptive.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResetBase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or opportunity. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by You to ResetBase, or $100 if no payments were made.

”AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You use the Service at Your own risk. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ukrainian courts, unless overridden by applicable international consumer protection laws.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any dispute with Us, You agree to contact Us first and attempt to resolve it informally by emailing resetbase2025@gmail.com.

For EU Residents

EU users are entitled to protections under the laws of their country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

United States Compliance

You affirm that You are not located in any country under U.S. embargo or on any U.S. government list of restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be revised to reflect the original intent, and the remainder will continue in effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so later.

Translation

If this document has been translated, the English version will govern in case of dispute or inconsistency.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Website with updated effective dates. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of those changes.
